Pit's favourite word lately has been "super", as in, "I am super angry" while stomping foot, or "I am super rocketing..." when he wants to explain that he's very fast. This morning he was "super annoyed" with me because we didn't walk the path he wanted to take to school.

Also this morning, Pit blurted out a surprise for Frunty. I'm surprised the suspense lasted 15 hours. Yesterday afternoon, Pit and The Mommy went to a toy store to buy some Littlest Pet Shop animals for Frunty's birthday. At the store, The Mommy made Pit promise to keep it a secret. As soon as they picked up Frunty from school Pit exclaimed to Frunty, "We got something from the toy store!" But The Mommy clamped down before he could say anything further. They were under supervision the rest of the day so no words were exchanged until this morning. Frunty came downstairs to announce that he was happy at the prospect of receiving Pet Shop animals for his birthday and when we asked him how he knew, he matter-of-factly said that Pit told him. Crossly, we subpoenaed Pit and asked why he told Frunty about his surprise. Pit's innocent reply was simple, “He asked me.”
